At Cogs Toys & Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Place the merchandise securely in its original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are still attached to the garments.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
